When is the Latest I Can Order Custom Flowers?
The earlier you reach out, the more time I have to plan and create your dream bouquet! That being said, I always try my best to accommodate last-minute needs. For proposal bouquets and elopement bouquets, I offer Designer’s Choice bouquets with as little as 2 days’ notice, using fresh, seasonal flowers curated to suit your event.
For fully custom orders (such as proposal arrangements, picnic setups, or elopement bouquet sets), I close bookings 1.5 weeks (10 days) before your event date.

Flower Care & Replacement Policy
I do everything I can to ensure your florals are fresh, beautiful, and made with care. That said, fresh flowers are delicate by nature and need to be treated gently! With proper care, I guarantee your flowers will last a minimum of 72 hours from the time of pickup or delivery.
If you're concerned about the condition of your flowers, please reach out to via Email within 72 hours of receiving them. Be sure to include a detailed description and photos of the issue. If the problem is due to a valid quality concern, I’ll be happy to replace your arrangement with a fresh one.

Rental Damage Policy
Our rental bouquets are handcrafted with high-quality artificial flowers to ensure a premium look and feel. While we understand that light wear and tear may occur, all returned items will be carefully inspected.
Please note that significant damages—including but not limited to:
Missing or broken flower stems
Large stains (e.g., wine, makeup, dirt)
Burns, tears, or severe bending
—may incur a damage fee or full replacement cost, depending on the extent of the issue.

Picnic Booking Policy
Picnic bookings follow the same timeline as our flower services. If your picnic is booked within one week of the date, flower and color choices will be selected by the designer. If you have a specific color palette or flower request, please reach out as early as possible before your desired date.
Please note: I cannot be held responsible for any undeclared food allergies or dietary restrictions, so be sure to provide all relevant information when booking.
🌦 Weather : In case of rain, we will accommodate a change of schedule. This decision will be made minimum 3 days prior to your picnic date.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling: For cancellations or schedule changes made the day before the event, a cancellation fee or moving fee will apply.
